Songs are written by Scott Cryer and Rob MacDonald. They get together about 2 times per week to write and record. For this album they joined up again with their friend from Sweden, Christer Bjorklund. Scott and Rob sent all of the finished tracks to Christer who then played drums on top and mixed the songs. This is the 2nd album the 3 have worked together, the last album being Canadian Beach.
